Exceptional Customer Service at Jaycar Belmont by Brandon and Jack On Saturday, 9 November 2024, I returned to Jaycar Belmont with an ongoing issue with my son's 3D printer, which I had raised two days earlier. Brandon and Jack provided outstanding care and customer service, which is increasingly rare to find. They diligently worked to diagnose and resolve the issue. Brandon explained the solution to me in detail, and even took the time to call my son to ensure he understood the preventive measures and different solutions to try. I never felt rushed or unwelcome. Jack's assistance in carrying the printer to my car was the cherry on top of their exemplary service. This experience starkly contrasted with the service I received from a female staff member two days prior (I choose not to name her here). She was dismissive and unhelpful, merely stating that my issue was a common problem with 3D printers, especially the lower-end model I have, and advised me to take it home and calibrate it without offering much assistance. It was only after my son insisted that he had already tried calibrating it to no avail that they reluctantly agreed to let me leave it for further inspection. When I returned two days later, no notes or changes had been made. Luckily, Brandon and Jack were on duty when I went back, and their professionalism and dedication made all the difference. This experience highlights how good work ethics can significantly impact the customer experience.

Really helpful staff, helped me when I had a trouble with some products I bought that turned out defective. They instantly offered me a refund no dramas. There is much more selection compared to their other outlets. This is such a breath of fresh air as I had nothing but bad experience at their Jandakot store. Don't go there visit this store instead.

a little fan died in my hard drive for the security cameras. i opened up the box and took the fan out. i went to jaycar and they gave me everything i needed to get it working again. nathan was the one who served me, i think. thx nathan.

Jaycar Electronics, very helpful with everything electronic and then some! I was looking for a tiny battery for an aged IPod Nano station and guess what, they had it! It's a fully stocked electronics shop with over 40 stores WA-wide, great service, very helpful knowledgeable Staff, go try them you will find exactly what you're looking for 😉✌️👍👍

I just like to say I walked into the store this morning. Told them what I wanted. They knew what I was talking about. Very professional very welcoming. took the cable home had an issue with the cable because it was the wrong size. Took the cable back. they were very understanding gave me a longer cable. I would highly recommend Jaycar Belmont

Staff helpful me workout if I could find a Charging plug to fit my new Label maker! Fantastic as Im avoiding batteries to reduce my Environmental impact! Now I'm better organised at work!! Thanks Guys! Bought a smart ring to try out as my Fitbit watch Sucks!!

Just called to ask about a HDMI audio extractor , even though what I wanted wasn’t there as its not in production , staff member ( forgot his name sadly ) was incredibly helpful and found me one somewhere else that I could collect today . Always good dealing with someone who goes the extra mile ! 10/10 service . Will be back !

I went to Jaycar this afternoon to buy wire connectors for my reverse camera and battery maintenance charger. One of the staffs called himself Inesh, he helped me to find the right parts and show me how to install them on my car. He is a really knowledgeable and got an awesome customer service skill. Jaycar should look after him and give him full supports for his endeavour. Thank you Inesh! I really appreciate your help!
